Abstract

The problems of legal argumentation that have been restated in modern criminal legislation procedure and their conformity to the rules of logical inference and the need to respect the basic laws of logic that are quite objective and do not depend on whether you know about them humanity are considered. The special attention is given to the use of deduction in the proving process and the importance of compliance with the rules of logical deductive reasoning.
